Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us so if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Please fill out the form below and we will contact you with the appropriate information. Please note: a return label will only be provided on any defective products.
Terms and Conditions
- Shipping and Handling Fees will not be refunded.
- Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams/substances for refund or exchange.
- Complimentary gift with purchase items must be included to be eligible for full refund.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
- Ebanel.com will replace any and all defective products immediately at no charge. We will enclose a prepaid USPS return label along with the product replacement.
- Only products that have been purchased on Ebanel.com can be returned to Ebanel.com. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
- Kindly note, Ebanel.com is not responsible for lost returns.
- Ebanel.com will process your refund via the original purchase method within 7 - 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s). Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to be posted on your original method of payment.
- If you are outside the 30-day return window, we will honor a store credit, if applicable, within 31-60 days of your purchase date.
- We can not accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
