Do I need to buy anything to join?

How do I redeem points?
1. Look for the pink "Ebanel Rewards" tab on this page and click on it
2. Go to the "Get Rewards" tab to see available cash rewards and select one
3. Click "Redeem"
How do I check my points balance?
Your up-to-date balance is displayed at the top of the 'Ebanel Rewards' pop-up.
After joining, do I still need to register in individual promotions?
No. Once you register for Rewards, we automatically apply all promotions your purchase is eligible for. Just make sure you're signed in into your account during checkout.
How long will it take for points to post to my account?
Points are posted instantly after completing a purchase/reward action!
Do my points expire?
Nope! Your points will never expire.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you automatically lose the points you earned from it, whether from a single product or bulk order.
Example: If you purchase $20 worth of items (which got you 20 points) and returned a $5 item from that order, you will lose 5 points— bringing down your total points from that purchase to 15.
You will only be credited the cash equivalent (actual payment) of your purchase during returns, the reward points will not be credited back as cash. So if you returned a $35 order paid via credit card ($30) and 500 reward points ($5), your credit card statement will only reflect a $30 refund while your Ebanel account will be credited back 500 points (for the $5).
Will I get promotional emails when I sign up?
From time to time, you'll get program-related emails from us. If you want to opt out, just unsubscribe though the link at the bottom of the email.
